The ideal candidate will be:

Acting as an initial point of contact for community customers
Fulfilling routine and complex requests,
Responding to inquiries from clients and field staff
Performing routine and complex transactions and customer care activities
Providing guidance and support to field staff working in community placements
Providing knowledge to colleagues, clients and field staff
Making decisions on nurse’s suitability for particular shifts
To present professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff and colleagues alike
Be able to work independently
Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills
Be self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative
Have experience in customer service and rota management preferably within the health care sector
Be driven to exceed set goals and targets and maximise client and nurse satisfaction
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, is able to present themselves in an approachable but professional manner at all times and is used to working in a target driven environment.
