An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer service focused individual to join our growing team of Care Coordinators. Utilising your administration experience you will be responsible for completing team rotas to ensure that the care delivered is of the highest standard. Building relationships with care staff and clients alike, you will work with all internal teams to facilitate patient centred care that enriches the quality of our patients lives. 

Home is where we feel most secure. Pulse Nursing at Home provides compassionate nursing for clients requiring one-to-one care at home, no matter how complex. We provide short or long-term homecare to paediatric, adult, elderly, overseas, VIP and post-operative clients. We work in partnership with CCGs, local authorities, hospital teams and our clients. Key tasks include:

  • Acting as an initial point of contact for our clients and healthcare staff, fulfilling routine and complex requests, responding to inquiries from clients and field staff 
  • Providing guidance and support to field staff working in community placements
  • Providing knowledge to colleagues, clients and field staff 
  • Planning rotas and making decisions on nurses’ suitability for particular shifts
  • To present professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff and colleagues alike

 Skills and experience:

  • Good level of basic education
  • Numerate & literate
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
